- As you head into the new year, do you believe you are just going through the motions of life or are you experiencing life with joy?
- In your life, when was the time you most felt love for Jesus? If you haven’t, what has kept you from embracing Him?
- In whatever generosity you participated in this December, did those efforts bring you joy or did you do them out of guilt?
- To what degree has your busyness overtaken your love of Jesus? Or, put another way, has your busyness squeezed out Jesus in your life?

- I will think back to the time I had the greatest love for Jesus and how my life looked then.
- I will take time this week to determine if I’m going through the motions of following Jesus and what that might mean for the new year.
