Faith in Christ alone rescues us from the Prison of Religion.

Religion is a matter of performance

What are we trusting in?

Rival gods (religions) imprison us & distract us from faith in Christ

gods of today: Religion, Self, Fear, Power, Money

Faith is a matter of trust Who do we place our trust in?

Faith makes me right with God. 2:15-16

Faith brings me into God’s family. 3:7

Start with faith & continue by faith. 3:11

I’ve been rescued from prison of religion (performance). 3:13

The Holy Spirit helps me live like Jesus. 3:14

Reject false gods of today

Refuse to mix your faith in Christ with anything else

Re-place your faith in Christ alone

Receive the Holy Spirit
