- What kind of managerial conflict have you experienced at work? Were you the manager or the one managed?
- To what extent have you been hurt in a church context in the past? How did you handle the situation? Would you handle it differently today?
- Discuss what a healthy way is to raise a legitimate concern about something in the church community.
- Ultimately, we’re all trying to follow Jesus and have Him change our lives. What is one specific way you can partner with church leaders to make this goal a reality?
